There are no forms, and we do not contact you after the call. The full terms below control.

Terms

  • 1. AcceptanceBy using waterdamagerestorationoregon.com (the "Site") or calling a number shown on it, you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or call the numbers on it.
  • 2. The referral serviceThe Site is a call-in referral service. When you call, your own call is connected to an independent, licensed water damage restoration contractor who speaks with you on that call. Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. The Site does not perform, supervise or guarantee any work.
  • 3. Your agreement is with the contractor, not with usAny visit, estimate, contract, payment or work is agreed solely between you and the contractor, during the call or afterwards between the two of you. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the contractor's work, conduct, pricing, licensing, insurance or warranties. Before work starts, check the contractor's license with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and get the terms of any job in writing.
  • 4. General information onlyPages on the Site provide general information about water damage, drying, mold and related topics, drawn from public sources. They are not professional, legal, insurance, medical or engineering advice, may not fit your situation and may become out of date. Rely on qualified professionals and official sources for decisions about your property, health or insurance.
  • 5. Safety and emergenciesIf there is immediate danger, such as a gas smell, fire, electrical hazard or rising floodwater, leave the area and call 911 or your utility. The Site and the referral service are not emergency services, and we make no promise about how quickly any contractor can respond.
  • 6. Calls and recordingCalls are routed by our phone system to a contractor serving your area. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute purposes, and you will hear a notice at the start of any recorded call. By continuing the call after the notice, you consent to the recording. We do not make outbound calls, send texts or emails, or use your call to market to you, and we do not pass your details to anyone so they can contact you later.
  • 7. Acceptable useYou agree not to misuse the Site or the phone numbers on it, including by making false, abusive or automated calls, interfering with the Site's operation, scraping it at scale or using it for any unlawful purpose.
  • 8. Intellectual propertyThe Site's text, design, graphics and illustrations belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other copying or reuse requires our written permission.
  • 9. Third-party linksThe Site links to other websites, such as government agencies and reference sources, for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
  • 10. DisclaimerTo the fullest extent the law permits, we offer the Site and the call-routing service "as is" and "as available" and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  • 11. Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the work, conduct or omissions of any contractor, or from your use of or reliance on the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
  • 12. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
  • 13. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • 14. Changes and contactWe may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be raised by calling the number shown on the Site.
